Some examples include: I worked as the lead designer for an employee-facing lending product application platform, facilitating the booking of over 2 billion dollars in lending products. This experience honed my ability to navigate the intricate landscape of financial technology and orchestrate the requirements from business development, risk, and AML, delivering solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user productivity. I played a pivotal role as a UX designer for a self-serve business bank account open application, empowering business owners to open a ready-to-use business account in under 15 minutes. This transformative solution revolutionized the onboarding process, enhancing efficiency and accessibility for entrepreneurs while maintaining rigorous security measures.I served as a UX designer for the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) application portal during the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting tens of thousands of small business owners in swiftly applying for vital financial support.I\'m driven by opportunities to bridge the gap between users and stakeholders, crafting experiences that not only resonate with users but also generate tangible business value.
