ADP WFN payroll program subject matter expert, recommends simpler configurations, testing new configurations and leading meetings with ADP in Payroll function. ex. Implementation, setting up new GLI, building custom reports from scratch- Review the configuration of tax reporting in ADP and make recommendation to ADP- Provides Timecard training to all levels of employees- Process, review and analyze payroll using ADP WFN biweekly for AB, BC, ON and QC Employees, ensuring compliance with all government regulations and policies- Ensure payroll, benefit and accounting-related deadlines are met and accurate- Produce and completes full reconciliation to accurately report monthly, quarterly and year-end related documents with all government agencies- Completes assessment of taxable benefits, reconciliation and remittances- Completes full balancing of all year-end reportings required by all governments- Subject matter expert on any payroll legislation, as well as group benefits and RRSP for the organization- Recommends, implement and continuously improve processes related to payroll operations, processing and reportings- Produces SOPs and trains payroll specialists- Set up and maintain employee group benefits and RRSP- Provides Administration support on STD and LTD cases- Reconcile monthly benefits billing- Process bi-weekly/bonus RRSP contribution file- Process payroll and expense reimbursement journal entries-Analyze and provides comparison report for CFO and accountinng department for smooth bank reconcilation- Ambassador of the company’s culture and values, ensuring the employee experience is consistent with the Allied brand ans standards.
