   At Microsoft, I lead internal communications for Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) Asia—a dynamic, multi-country team spread across ANZ, China, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, and India. My role sits at the heart of storytelling, strategy, and leadership alignment.I work closely with regional and global stakeholders to shape the way we communicate customer wins, business milestones, and people-first initiatives across Asia. From driving executive messaging during times of change, to launching high-impact campaigns like Give Month and Career Week, I help translate vision into narratives that engage, inform, and inspire. Some of the areas I’m proud to lead:* Building a structured, cross-country rhythm to capture and amplify deal wins, project go-lives, and employee stories.* Planning and executing regional townhalls for over 450 team members—every quarter, every detail.* Creating leadership communication that strikes the right balance between strategy, empathy, and authenticity.* Managing internal visibility through Viva Engage and keeping our SharePoint site relevant and fresh.I believe communication isn\'t just about sharing information—it\'s about building connection, clarity, and culture.
