About Minsoo Thigpen
I currently lead product efforts for generative AI safety evaluations and automated red teaming in Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft’s generative AI development platform. I lead the development of enterprise tools that measure safety and ensure security of AI models, generative AI application, and agentic systems. With 7+ years in the Responsible ML/AI space, I\'ve had the opportunity to shape how AI practitioners assess and govern their AI systems by not only contributing to open source toolkits to advance interpretability, fairness, and accountability in machine learning such as InterpretML, Fairlearn, Error Analysis and Responsible AI Toolbox but also building out scalable, automated safety evaluations and AI red teaming capabilities in enterprise-grade services.
