Managed all aspects of assigned enterprise level projects for a $2 billion enterprise from initiation through execution with projects focused on information technologies to include infrastructure and cloud service adoption. Responsible for all aspects of the project from stakeholder and executive engagement through the identification and mitigation of risk and issues.\\\\n\\\\nImplemented and lead an enterprise-wide conversion from Windows 7 to Windows 10 with the overhaul and establishing a new Micosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM). Resulting in over 8k computers in-place upgraded and another 4k computers conducting a physical refresh.\\\\n\\\\nManaged and lead an enterprise adoption and transition of document imaging systems from ImageNow to Onbase that impacted HR, Accounts Payable, and EPIC integrated documents to include conversion and establishment of appropriate indexing, keyword linking, and hyperlink conversion of +29Million documents.\\\\n\\\\nImplemented Office 365 for a $2 billion enterprise. Oversaw and became the subject matter expert on Office 365 adoption and training at Parkland for over 15k users. Implemented SharePoint online, establishing a new intranet and foundation for cloud repository. Including the coordination, drafting, and adoption of Office 365 governance and policy documentation.\\\\n\\\\nImplemented and managed Parkland Hospital\'s transition from Lawson to Infor Cloud Suite Financials. Resulting in the cloud adoption of finance, supply chain, and procurement for a $2.2B enterprise.\\\\n\\\\nImplemented and managed the transition to Computrition Hospitality Suite to include Computrition Point of Sale at Parkland Hospital, sunsetting two other Point of Sale systems utilized; resulting in an up-to-date and integrated system for Parkland Hospital nutrition services front and back of house.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
