Manage and overseeing the day-to -day operations of multiple contracts, facilities and maintain the high quality of service in all over Ontario. • Dealing with union representatives to establishing goals and objectives and ensure all companies safety standards are followed and maintained. • Recruitment and supporting the management team to finding new qualified / Candidate. • Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and support new staff members with WHMIS training, QuickBooks Work force system and EPAY clock in and out system. • Responsible for creating work assignments for all employees and contractors. • Traveling to visit the clients and staff members on a regular basis in all over GTA and Ottawa to maintain weekly / monthly inspection and the business relation. • Upselling /pricing, quotation, and labour relations directly with the clients. • Responsible for payroll and processing general ledges for Central Ontario and Regus accounts and all administration, completion of paperwork on a timely manner. • Responsible for Janitorial Orange QC system and the commercial site inspection to ensure compliance with Company\'s service standards. • Return clients emails, phone messages and resolving customer concerns. • Manage and supervise sub-contractors, working closely with Project team and trade activity for assigned locations and contracts. • Responsible for vendor management inventory, ordering supplies and working firmly with suppliers in all over Ontario in the commercial accounts. • Responsible for EPAY system, monitor and maintain the daily work schedules and ensuring all employees/ contractors complete work assignments in a timely manner. • Processing all the work orders/ Emergency calls through Janitorial. • Working closely with accounting team to process all the commercial invoices related to supply, vendors, and work orders. • Addressing complaints and recommending solutions, report any disciplinary concerns to Senior Vice-President.
