   Manages the warehouse team within the Company’s Flagship Regional Distribution Center to achieve key performance indicators, including service-level metrics such as fill rate, in-stock position, and safety while monitoring financial metrics such as operating costs per installation, inventory adjustments, repairs, and maintenance. • Implements new SOPs to apply to warehouse’s daily operations and its inventory. • Ensures all vendor POs are being received, picked, prepared, and accurately distributed to customers, vendors, and satellite regional sites. •. Oversees the flagship DC warehousing and inventory control operations along with six satellite sites. • Recruits, onboards, leads, and develops team to successfully execute company’s mission. • Serves as a member of the country’s Operations Management Team; creating and driving improved processes & procedures that are rolled out nationally and within local distribution center. • Work closely with satellite warehouses to ensure complete and proactive communication along with network-wide adherence to operating procedures and protocols. • Establishes and delivers facility performance to annual operating and financial plans through P & Ls and various operational metrics. • Work closely with the National Market Management Teams to support all customer’s requests. • Simultaneously works with multiple ERP, WMS, and financial software’s to drive continuous improvement throughout warehousing network. • Successfully re-stabilizes struggling markets/warehouses to adhere to company standardized procedures, streamline productivity, and eliminate operational waste.
