Minnie\'s expansive entertainment career spans over 25 years nationally and internationally on ice, land, and sea. Her multitude projects range from Film, Music Videos, Televised Events and Touring Ice Shows, to spectacular Vegas Production Shows and major Theme Park Attractions. Select highlights include creating multiple Television Ice Specials starring numerous Olympic Champion Skaters and serving as President of Productions for Ice Capades, directing and choreographing shows featuring major Stars as well as lavish production shows created for Carnival Cruise Lines, founding her own Entertainment News Magazine ‘Dirt Alert/Callback’ Las Vegas, and being honored by the Mayor of Las Vegas, Oscar B. Goodman, for her “substantial contribution to the entertainment community”, when he proclaimed March 13th as Minnie Madden Day!Most recently, Minnie worked with Mendelson Entertainment Group as Creative Director and was the Creative Director for the Dallas Health Holiday Parade, the largest one-day event in Dallas boasting an attendance of 475k people and televised and seen in 280 TV markets in 160 countries. Minnie was appointed Vice President of Mendelson Entertainment Group in 2016.Today Minnie partners with long-time collaborator and co-conspirator Chuck Rounds on creating large scale entertainment and event productions. In addition, Desperate Characters offers guest lectures and Master Classes to colleges and universities that offer programs in Event Management.
