Lead the end-to-end OTC scope (Sales Master Data, Order Mgmt, Delivery & Logistics, Billing/Invoicing, Returns), aligning business needs with SAP Fit-to-Standard. Facilitate design workshops with business and IT partners to uncover true process requirements, challenge legacy practices, and guide transition into SAP. Translate discussions into deliverables (PDDs, FSDs, BPML, RTMs) while overseeing RICEFW governance and stakeholder approvals. Drive cross-functional integration with ITD, RTR, STP, and PTP, coordinating L2 reporting needs with the Reporting team. Manage integrations with Swift, Coupa, Kinaxis, and iSupplier, mitigating risks at hand-offs. Act as primary liaison between consulting teams and business stakeholders, ensuring consistent terminology, unified flows, and accountable decision-making.
