My personal Mission Statement. I think of Talent Acquisition as a partnership with hiring managers, HR and leadership. I enjoy working as a team by collaborating on key hiring initiatives which enable a company to achieve their strategic goals. I\'ve formed solid connections with my internal clients and get a lot of satisfaction in knowing that I had a role in shaping the future of the organization. I\'ve been involved with experienced hire recruiting since September 2002 following 9 years of accounting and sales management experience. My area of expertise includes corporate recruitment, permanent placement and temporary consulting services. I have audit experience with Cox Enterprises and Ernst and Young. I\'m a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I obtained my BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
