With more than three years of experience, I’ve built a strong foundation in customer service, administration, and human resources.My journey started as a Customer Support Executive, where I quickly learned the importance of communication, patience, and problem-solving. That role not only sharpened my people skills but also taught me how to handle challenges with positivity and professionalism. After a year and a half of consistent performance and dedication, I earned a promotion to HR Coordinator. This transition was a milestone in my career, as it gave me exposure to administrative responsibilities, client interaction, and organizational management.Over time, I developed a keen interest in Human Resources and the people-focused side of organizations. I have since been learning and growing in the HR field—gaining knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, coordination, and workplace management.
