Strategic, courageous, and kind, I’ve spent my career transforming public education ecosystems and nonprofit organizations through equity-centered leadership, organizational growth, and philanthropic innovation.As CEO of KIPP Atlanta Schools, I guided a $125M network serving 5,500 students, achieving record graduation rates, stewarding historic philanthropic investments—including an $8M gift from MacKenzie Scott—and driving systemic policy reforms for equity and access. At the same time, I worked relentlessly to build high-performing, inclusive teams and a thriving organizational culture where people felt seen, valued, and inspired to win together.Today, as a published author (Winning Leadership Teams), Leadership Atlanta alumna, and Harvard Business School–trained nonprofit strategist, I bring deep expertise in board governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational culture.
