My journey is characterized by an insatiable curiosity and a relentless pursuit of learning, which life has graciously allowed me to weave into both my personal and professional narratives.Journey Through the Airwaves (2001)My academic endeavor led me to a Master\'s in English Language in 2001, a period simultaneously marked by my exciting role as a Radio Jockey (RJ) at All India Radio, Lucknow. In an era devoid of OTT platforms and music apps, the radio was a primary source of entertainment. Engaging with a myriad of callers on diverse topics while live on-air was not just a job but a thrilling adventure in human connection.Key Learnings: Creative expression, adept customer interaction, enhanced listening skills, and self-belief.Evolving in the Customer Support Landscape (20••••10)As the Indian market burgeoned with opportunities in customer support, I embraced change and relocated to pursue this burgeoning field. My tenure at Convergys India Services Private Limited, followed by a rewarding journey at American Express as an Assistant Manager, refined my professional outlook.Key Learnings: Effective people management, articulating ideas across spectrums, and mastering the art of prioritization.The Most Fulfilling Promotion: Motherhood (20••••10 marked a transformative chapter as I embraced motherhood. My background in broadcasting and customer support paved the way for my role as a Regional Manager (APAC)- HR at Sirius Talents Pte Ltd(2016), followed by a stint in recruitment at ShellInfotech.
