ABOUT HUI MIN
With a background in international education, product management and nonprofit leadership, I’ve spent my career building bridges, between program teams and IT, vision and execution, innovation and adoption. I believe that when systems are aligned with how people actually work, the result is not just efficiency, but clarity, dignity, and impact.Currently, I lead a program division in a national nonprofit, overseeing training and digital transformation efforts that support tens of thousands of practitioners. I’m especially focused on helping mission-driven teams navigate complexity with calm and momentum: whether that’s through smarter tech choices, stronger cross-functional workflows, or co-creating solutions that stick. My work is guided by a few core principles: • Tech should feel like a bridge, not a burden. • Translation matters more than transformation. • Strategy isn’t enough. Culture and context are everything.I’m curious about what happens when we stop trying to “optimize everything” and start designing for people to thrive. That curiosity shapes the work I do now, and the work I’m quietly building toward next.
