Worked in Alexa Connections.Designed and implemented new APIs leveraging LLMs for the next generation of Alexa Connections.Migrated a core service to AWS and established a full CI/CD pipeline, supporting email and app notifications across Alexa Connections platform.Collaborated with stakeholders to design and launch a new Alexa widget, enabling customers to better stay connected with their close contacts. The service currently handles 400 TPS.Planned and executed the deprecation of an outdated recommendation service for Alexa multimodal devices, which previously handled 17k TPS. The deprecation reduced infrastructure costs by $76,315 and eliminated 53 weeks of maintenance effort in 2023.
