At Officerentinfo & Warehouserentinfo, my role involves supporting the company’s growth across 8 European markets through a mix of lead generation, strategic outreach, and social media content management. Lead Generation & OutreachI actively identify and engage with real estate agencies, property developers, and leasing managers to bring new listings onto the platform.I communicate with our CEO and create personalized outreach messages according to each market (Romania, Poland, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, Luxembourg, and France) to initiate conversations and generate warm leads. I use tools like Apify, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to carry out this process. Social Media ManagementI manage the company’s LinkedIn content strategy. To achieve this, I create and publish posts, such as “Property of the Week” and “Agency of the Month.”These posts are localized per country and follow a consistent, professional brand tone that appeals to commercial real estate professionals.I handle end-to-end content creation, from writing copy to formatting, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Strategic SupportI collaborate with the internal team to refine messaging, improve response rates, and ensure that our brand presence aligns with local market expectations.Through this role, I’ve helped elevate Officerentinfo’s visibility and engagement on LinkedIn while building a scalable outreach system that attracts high-quality property listings across multiple countries.
