I am a ServiceNow Developer at Marathon Petroleum, where my role involves rolling out new applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform, creating Performance Analytics and ITSM reports, and configuring application UI and workflows. I manage security access, perform upgrades and patches, and develop training materials. I also handle various Service Catalog Management modules, collaborate with IT departments and business units for process improvements, and create and train on ITIL v3 processes. My work includes ITIL/ITSM projects, managing modules like Incident Management and Discovery, and researching ITSM tools to enhance operational efficiency.
