Hello! I am a student at Boston College majoring in History with a minor in General Business. As a first-generation Vietnamese American, my unique background not only shapes my approach to business and history but also brings a fresh and diverse perspective. I am passionate about leading and enhancing business operations and have gained hands-on experience through internships and leadership roles in student organizations.At Boston College, I have taken on leadership roles that allowed me to collaborate with diverse teams and achieve impactful results. I successfully led initiatives to address challenges faced by first-generation students as President of the First Gen Club, such as offering mentorship, advertising academic support programs, and developing strategies to enhance resources. My background deeply influences my perspective and drives my passion for learning and growth, a passion that I bring to all my endeavors. I have actively engaged in various student organizations, such as the Vietnamese Students Association(VSA), including leading cultural and collaborative events like the Plant Collab with 19 student organizations and organizing cultural initiatives such as the VSA’s Trip to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. I have also executed over 20 successful campus events, attracting attendees through innovative promotions and strong organizational skills.I am eager to leverage my leadership, communication, and analytical skills to contribute to a dynamic role in management/business operations. My goal is to optimize business operations and drive growth through strategic initiatives. I am excited to continue learning and growing both professionally and socially, and I bring this energy and ambition to all my endeavors.
