Leadership in all the product development activities including, but not limited to, process, analytical and potency assay development, assay qualification, CMC development and cell therapeutics manufacture for clinical trial, BLA and product commercialization-Leading all the activities in preclinical, upstream, downstream process development and MSAT to support CAP1002 manufacture- Oversee operation for research (StealthX) and process development (Both upstream and downstream) for CAP-1002- Oversee all CMC aspects related to SteachX Vaccine program, including DS & DP Formulation Development and Manufacturing, Analytical Development, Quality Control, and Supply Logistics of clinical materials, including stability studies of both DS and DP while ensuring that product strategy and the deliverables are suitable and aligned with the Regulatory requirements for the given stage of development- Oversee project timelines, manage meetings, and ensure outsourced manufacturing and analytical research projects are tracking to plan, budget, and timelines.
