About Minetre Martin
As an Organizing Manager at Education Reform Now (ERN), I lead and support grassroots campaigns that advance the educational rights and opportunities of all students, especially those from historically marginalized communities. I have over three years of experience in community organizing and advocacy, and a Master of Education degree in Education Policy and Leadership from American University. I leverage my skills in program design, interpersonal communication, and facilitation to engage and empower community members, stakeholders, and partners to take action on issues that matter to them. I also use my background in teaching and psychology to communicate complex ideas effectively, listen and understand diverse perspectives, and inspire and guide others to work towards a common goal. I am passionate about building relationships and coalitions that drive real, lasting change for students, and I am always looking for new ways to make a positive impact in my community. I am excited to bring my unique skills and experience to all partnerships and opportunities that share my values and vision.
