Lead and Manage Project Procurement life cycle SCM activities for various assigned EPC projects. • Liaise with engineering for preparation of final BOM’s. • Create competitive bidders list as per clients approved manufacturers list for each MR. • Issue RFQ’s for MR’s received for pipeline and long lead bulks.• Resolve quote clarifications in liaison with engineering for final technical evaluation.• Negotiate quotes with various bidders technically acceptable with price and lead time. • Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation and order recommendation for client’s approvals• Issue Purchase Orders with all technical specifications with commercial and delivery requirements.• Obtain and review order acknowledgement; monitor and expedite orders both in engineering and production activities until delivery. • Update order status in COMS+ and ERPAG and run weekly MIS reports for projects highlighting key updates and any areas of concerns affecting master schedule.• Resolve engineering issues for timely approvals of engineering deliverables.• Issue shipment releases after final inspection release and review by SQ.• Prepare close out documents / reports and issue to client.• SCM lead for Enhanced Bitumen Recovery Pilot project Detailed Engineering by Imperial Oil Ltd. • SCM Lead for Ore Access to OPP - Suncor Foothills sustaining project.• Senior Buyer for Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd for the Prince George Refinery “Renewable Diesel” project• SCM lead for Enhanced Bitumen Recovery Pilot FEED project by Imperial Oil Ltd. • Senior Buyer for Coastal GasLink for the Cedar Link Metering Station by TC Energy.• SCM Lead for all Facilities and Pipelines for the Kaybob Duvernay Program in Fox Creek AB under Chevron Resources Ltd.
