Serve as a partner to leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with internal and external candidates. Conducts full life-cycle recruitment for regular and proposal openings with locations in resource constrained countries, as well as US based openings. Full lifecycle includes staffing requisition coordination, recruitment strategy development, sourcing, oversight of interview scheduling, coordination of interview assessments, oversight of reference checking, coordination for offer recommendation, coordination for delivery of job offer. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Lead recruitment discussions with Hiring Managers and interview teams to ensure complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to fill the role. Work closely with HR team to own candidate experience from initial interview through offer and ensure proper transition with HR colleagues for relocation and orientation stages. Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Contribute to the selection and transition of an automated recruitment/applicant tracking system, including documentation of business requirements and standard operating procedures. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Builds relationships with colleges, attends, and participates in college job fairs and recruit.
