ABOUT MINE DASTAN
Hello, I am Mine, a Ph.D. researcher with interests focused on human performance, natural user interaction, human-computer interaction, and augmented & virtual reality experience design in the medical domain. The user-centered design approach drives my research; understanding the human perceptual, cognitive, and motor abilities and limitations to reform the interaction. I love prototyping VR/AR systems, theoretically modeling scenarios using Unity 3D or similar software, creating storyboards and personas (virtual users), and developing applications and user experiences (using Oculus Quest2, Hololens2, mobile phones), and their evaluation.
