As Cozen O\'Connor\'s Chief Legal Talent Officer, I lead and execute the firm\'s talent strategies and oversee the legal recruitment and professional development teams. I am responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of the firm\'s non-partner attorneys and work collaboratively with leadership on the implementation of firm wide legal talent initiatives. With over a decade of talent management experience, I am passionate about recruiting, retaining and developing the firm\'s next generation of lawyers. I earned my BA from The George Washington University and my JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law and am a graduate of Leadership Philadelphia.
