She is considered an expert in sand tray therapy and has given workshops throughout the U.S. and internationally on this powerful, yet lesser-known approach to therapy. Dr. Parsons has a thriving private practice in Delray Beach, Florida, for the past 18 years where she works with individuals, couples, and families. She also served as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University\'s College of Counselor Education, at Lynn University and St. Bonaventure University.
