I’m an executive coach who works with leaders, founders, and creatives who are ready to step into a deeper, more meaningful way of leading—and living.After 17 years in the corporate world—13 of those at Amazon—I’ve seen firsthand how success on paper doesn’t always translate to fulfillment on the inside. I know what it feels like to climb the ladder, lead big businesses, and still wonder: Is this it?Today, I coach individuals who are asking that same question in their own way.Some are navigating inflection points in their career.Some are carrying the invisible weight of leadership.Some are ready to grow—but not in the old ways.My coaching is grounded, conversational, and intuitive. I ask the real questions, get to the heart of things quickly, and create space for clients to reconnect with their own clarity and truth. From there, we co-create a path forward—one rooted in purpose, resonance, and authentic expansion.I love working with those who are ready to lead differently—more intuitively, more intentionally, and more in tune with who they really are.Before stepping into coaching full-time, I held executive roles at Amazon where I led businesses with P & Ls of up to $1B, developed long-term growth strategies, managed strategic external partnerships worth hundreds of millions, and built cross-functional teams across buying, product, marketing, and operations. I was known for building trust, developing talent, and delivering results—without losing the human side of leadership.In my final role, I became Amazon’s first head of Retail Leadership Pipeline Development, where I designed coaching and training programs for leaders at every level. I also served as an Amazon Bar Raiser, formally training others on interview best practices and personally interviewing more than 600 candidates.I’m an ICF-certified coach and accredited Enneagram practitioner, and I bring both structure and soul to every conversation.
