Victory Mission teaches people experiencing homelessness to become independent and gives them tools to rebuild their life. More than that, they use intentional relationships to develop and disciple people who are ready to find victory in their own lives (whatever that may look like). My journey with Victory began during college as an intern. I needed experience. I didn’t expect to find purpose. That first role shaped my view of poverty, generosity, and purpose more than I could have dreamed. After graduation, I stepped into a role at Readiness Rounds where I cut my teeth with marketing and CRM management. Their company focused on improving hospital safety across the country. I learned from leaders who grew teams during a global crisis and challenged me to think bigger.Almost a year into that experience, I received a call to come back \"home\" to Victory Mission. Today, I get to work alongside Victory\'s Advancement & Social Entrepreneurship Teams. I get to see the most incredible stories play out in real time. My friends at Victory are choosing to lay down broken hearts, abuse, and shame to pick up the good news of the Gospel.
