   As a Corporate Customer Service Liaison at America\'s Floor Source, one of the largest flooring companies in the US, I am proud to be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to our diverse clientele. Initially, my focus was on ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, where I effectively addressed customer needs. Over time, my dedication and contributions led to two promotions, allowing me to transition into a leadership position within the company. Leading a Team:In my current capacity I oversee the tactical aspects of customer service and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure that our customer service operations consistently meet and exceed expectations. Driving Strategic Initiatives:Beyond managing daily activities, I now collaborate closely with the owner and key executives to shape the company\'s strategic direction. I participate in steering committees and decision-making meetings focused on enhancing customer service initiatives and driving overall business growth. Training and Support:I facilitate the integration of new locations into the company by traveling to these sites to train and support new staff. Furthermore, I provide indirect oversight of all locations for customer service, supporting local leadership in person with travel and remotely. Additionally, I am responsible for leading staffing, training, and support efforts for our company’s customer service departments. Vendor Relations and Claims Management:Moreover, I oversee claims for the company and ensure effective management of relationships between vendors, our company, and our clients. This involves ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and that vendor relationships are maintained at a high standard to uphold customer satisfaction.
