About Mindy Goldsmith
I went to A&M and married my husband a week after graduation. We now have 4 kids and live happily in Midland. While I enjoy work, I really love spending time with my family and being outdoors. Work History- I worked at Encana for 5 years after graduating college in 2008. I completed their rotation program working facilties, completions, and reservoir, and afterwards decided to pursue reservoir engineering for my career- I moved to Midland to work for Apache in 2013 after Encana closed their Dallas office. I worked for Apache until 2020 with the majority of my time working the Delaware Basin- I went to work for Admiral Permian Resources in April 2020 doing all things RE related for their Culberson/Reeves assets. We sold those assets in early 2022 and then started over as a self-funded company. Most of my time now is spent doing BD evaluations for new opportunities. Our goal is to do wholesome developments to optimize assets. Admiral mainly has developments in the Delaware Basin, but also has put together some small positions in the Middle Basin and CBP Barnett. I enjoy the appraisal and exploitation aspects of reservoir characterization and like to see the big picture of how geology, completion, and production all tie together.
