I am currently searching for a Program or Project Manager role in Austin, TX. I\'m driven to motivate my co-workers and colleagues toward completion of goals and objectives while maintaining high quality standards, efficiency, organization in accomplishing tasks, all done with a great attitude. I have experience successfully working on multiple, complex projects while prioritizing tasks and maintaining punctual, clear communication of each projects\' status and timelines to clients and management at all levels. I do all of this while cultivating positive relationships with my supervisors and colleagues, having a good sense of humor, and strong work ethic. I also happen to love art and have a BFA in painting. I also love music and play drums in my band The Hidden Persuaders. I have two daughters with my husband Aaron Beard of Beard Metal Design.
