As a visionary leader in Gerontology, my career is grounded in advocating for the well-being of older adults and advancing the field of gerontology, disability through practical applications. I founded a not-for-profit organization (Quality of Life Group) in 2009 and recently owned a home care agency ( Continuous Care Inc). Our team\'s efforts focus on promoting holistic well-being throughout the lifespan and health-related lifestyle, as well as the purpose and meaning of life. I also assist individuals with their retirement and long-term care planning, adopting a vision of a longevity mindset, promoting person-centered care best practices, supporting caregivers, and developing education and research initiatives that shape future leaders in healthcare and aging services.
