I started my banking career in New York working with Chase as a teller and worked my way up to a Senior Vice President at Citibank. I relocated to Dubai in 2004 where I joined Citibank as a Relationship Manager. In my capacity as Contact Center Head I had the privilege to work with Europe, Middle East and Africa and supervise over 250 employees. In 2016 I relocated back to the USA to be closer to my children and I have successfully transitioned from being an employee to an entrepreneur dedicated to assisting others and providing high level of service. Right By Your Side specializes in NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) for Ambulatory, Wheelchair accessible and Stretcher bound patients. RBYS provides transportation throughout Central Florida from and to Hospitals, ALF, DR\'s appointment and etc. We also offer long distance transportation based on our client\'s need.\"Satisfaction of our clients is paramount, as we are committed to being Right By Your Side\".Having worked in different capacities, I bring a gamut of senior leadership experience in Client Relationship, Customer Service & Quality, Cash Operations, Investment & Insurance, Retail Banking, Call Center, Telesales and Retention.I have been involved in various social causes like CitiWomen, Trained Coach, Mentor, Breast Cancer Awareness, American Business Council, Philippine Flood Relief, Bring your Sons and Daughters to Work Day, Annual Global Community Volunteer, JIBA, Int\'l Women’s Day and Injaz. Recently I had the privilege to assist refugees in Lesvos, Greece.I currently volunteer at the homeless shelter in Sanford, Florida, founded the Seniors Support Group and volunteer at various events. I am a Board member of Elderly Commission of Lake Mary, Leadership Seminole, Interfaith Council of Central Florida and Global Women of Impact. Accolades received for community involvement, community outreach and Humanitarian. I had the honor to lead the closing prayer at Congresswoman Stephanie\'s Murphy Faith Leaders meeting.I enjoy playing pickleball and engaging in outdoor activities that help me maintain a healthy social milieu.
