Implementation of MSC Cruise Management UK Safety Management System\'s Environmental policies and strategies. Administration, execution and monitoring of environmental systems and processes. Development and administration of fleet Environmental budget. Development, installation, enhancement, and continuing operation of onboard environmental systems; wastewater treatment, oily-water treatment, air emissions, ballast water, solid & hazardous waste, and chemical usage. Administration of Environmental Compliance Training Program. Coordinates environmental measures and reports as required by SMS, national and state authorities, and the Company’s Environmental management Plan and ISO 14001, standards. Inspections/reviews of vessels\' environmental principles and practices to complement inspections and environmental audits. Administers the corrective actions plan and ensures recommendations and findings are effectively addressed. Investigates and reviews reports of non-compliance and orders investigations as needed. Ultimately responsible for the administration of the Environmental hotline. Reviews and evaluates development of new environmental equipment and systems for use on Company’s ships. Administers Ocean Cay Marine Reserve\'s Environmental & Sustainability program. Designed and effectively implemented a comprehensive Environmental and Social Management program. Set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve efficiency and best management practices that meet lender expectations. Serves on several industry-wide committees, working groups and trade associations, and supports their efforts in evaluating various standards and regulations. Administers MSC\'s programs for international, federal, state, and local environmental matters. Member of the Incident Response Team.
