   Leading the creation and development of Fermented Dairy Products like (Curd, Lassi, Buttermilk, Mishti Doi, Mango Dahi, Yogurt Smoothie) UHT Milk beverages Milkshake and smoothies, Paneer, Ghee, & Traditional Indian Sweets etc. Visits ICML and CMU for line trails and product commercialization. Conduct CPT with marketing team for new developed products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Closely work with cross-functional teams to meet the project milestones and deadlines. Search literature for new concepts and design of experiments. Identify and source high-quality raw materials and ingredients, including flavours, sweeteners, and functional additives, while maintaining supplier relationships. Develop and optimize the formulations, finalize the process step and conduct the pilot trials. Organize and conduct the sensory evaluations with higher management and brand team to gather the feedback for product refinement. Manage product target cost through cost-efficient formulations without compromising the product quality. Ensuring new products are adhering to relevant food regulations to develop artwork. Closely work with quality control and assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
