Job Responsibilities: Account Mining: • To check on new requirements & active ones of their existing. • Regularly interact with client to collect their existing high priority requirements & new requirements and fetch them to team & work over it. • In touch with several SPOCs on different verticals. Client Acquisition: • Bringing in new client, NDA, Agreements signed. Brought in new clients through sourcing & contacts and signed up the agreement. Client Engagement: • Follow up with client SPOC on daily basis for every requirement that we work for at different scenarios and get the update to proceed to the next level. • Clarifications on the requirement, once after sending the profiles getting status updates, getting the shortlists, after scheduling interview reminded on same at scheduled time, continuous checking for updates on selection etc. Recruitment: • Experienced working on Technical Skills Java Developer, Front-end Developer, Full stack Developer, Cloud Technologies, Python Developer, QA Automation Engineer, SAP FICO, SAP MM, Project Manager, Program Manager, Big data Technologies.• Non-Technical Skills Accounting, HR Manager, Admin Manager, Sales Head, Chartered Accountant.Delivery: • Convincing the candidate when not fine with something, solve the issue. • Negotiating & convincing the candidates after selection process & make them join. • Negotiate with the candidate if not fine with CTC, explain on the company policies to make them accept offer. Sourcing to joining (end to end): • Source for the candidate through Naukri, Shine, get shortlist, schedule interviews, get selection, convince the candidate, make them join. • Was fully on the recruitment right from sourcing, scheduling interviews, get selection & make them join. Still sourcing if needed & required.Invoicing: • To track the employees placed with clients. • Calculate the invoice amount as per the percentage decided.• Initiate the invoice & share it with client.
