I joined Amantya in the Engineering Department as a GIS Engineer, where I worked on an international Optical Fiber Network project. My role focused on database management and network updates using Connect Master on Oracle Database. Through this project, I gained hands-on experience designing end-to-end FTTH networks from OLT to the subscriber’s home. I worked across all key network elements including OLT, fiber cables, distribution cables, FAT, FDT, home pass, slack supports, and joint closures. This role gave me deep exposure to the telecommunications industry and solid, practical knowledge of fiber optic network design and GIS-based network management.
