My professional journey began in finance, where I built a strong foundation in accuracy and process discipline while working in a credit society managing financial transactions, loan processing, and member documentation.I then moved into sales operations, gaining hands-on exposure to client coordination, SAP systems, contract management, and revenue support. This phase strengthened my understanding of business operations and how backend efficiency directly impacts growth.Driven by a growing interest in people management and organizational development, I transitioned into Human Resources. Starting with Talent Acquisition, I managed bulk hiring as well as niche role closures, handling the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to salary negotiation and onboarding.Over time, my role expanded into full-spectrum HR operations — including employee lifecycle management, leave & attendance administration, PF documentation, payroll coordination, policy drafting, and employee engagement initiatives within startup environments.Today, I work as an HR Executive managing end-to-end HR functions, contributing to both people experience and process development.My cross-functional background across Finance, Operations, and HR allows me to approach people management with a strong business understanding and structured mindset.I am passionate about building scalable HR processes that align business goals with employee growth.
