I am responsible for the strategic integration of industrial circularity and sustainability across the supply chain within the Textiles, Clothing, Leather, and Footwear (TCLF) sector. By aligning P&L targets with cross-functional operational metrics, my focus is on optimising supply chains, building scalable recovery models, identifying market white spaces, and driving impactful, end-to-end solutions for global brands.
