Entrepreneur, strategist and mindfulness trainer with 20 years of experience across business, technology, leadership and inner development. I started out by founding Portal United and learning business the only way I know how: by doing it. Later, I helped shape digital growth at ESL Gaming, the global leader in esports, and at Impact Hero, a purpose-driven company focused on tree planting and education access in the Global South. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work in many different contexts - each one adding to how I think about clarity, culture and what it means to lead well. But my real full-time job is to stay present and take mindful care of myself. When I do, my work, my loved ones and all the people and the outcomes around me benefit naturally.
