Took charge of all facets of the initiative as the project lead, showcasing proficiency in: Independently conceptualizing and writing IACUC animal protocol to smoothly initiate the project Designing, conducting, and analyzing in vitro and in vivo experiments to validate experimental hypotheses Proactively generating hypotheses and developing new assays to enhance the understanding of atherosclerosis pathogenesis and the underlying mechanisms of inflammation Collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues in inflammation biology, cardiometabolic disorder and bioinformatic teamsSupported multiple pre-discovery projects, gaining expertise in inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune and induced skin disorder models. Collaborated with senior colleagues on an in vivo MoA study investigating the underlying causes of the cutaneous inflammatory reaction resulting from the administration of a set of modified protein molecules and fusion proteins Advanced in vitro efficacy testing of drug and antibody-drug conjugates on dendritic cell antigen presentation Supported the development of an in vivo adoptive transfer model of autoimmune skin disorder to advance project goals of antigen identification for tolerogenic vaccine development Gained experience in immune cell isolation and multi-parameter immunophenotyping from multiple organs in various murine models, including GvHD and humanized mouse models of IBD
