ABOUT MINA TAY
Human Resources practitioner with 12 years’ experience including 6 in a country leadership role and 4 at regional level supporting and advising country leaders, I define myself as a companion for leaders in supporting them in developing their human resources through the creation of a conducive work environment and the building of a culture of care. My focus is to drive organizational development and to work with different stakeholders at local and international level in the embedment of organizational culture and values. I have experience leading key HR projects such as organizational and transformative change initiatives, policies’ development and implementation, training and capacitating programs to HR teams and other senior leaders etc. I have an in-depth understanding of the West and Central Africa cultures and context including giving support to countries operating in high-risk, complex and volatile environment with a fair knowledge and experience of challenging HR issues including employees\' safety, security and wellbeing with a gender and inclusion sensitive lenses.
