I’ve spent over seven years immersed in the world of banking and microfinance, where I’ve honed my skills in credit analysis and risk management. My journey began at Banque Misr, where I started as an intern handling client inquiries—over 200 each week! That experience ignited my passion for helping individuals navigate their financial journeys. Now, as a Microfinance Quality Analyst, I review more than 50 loan files monthly, ensuring compliance with internal policies and enhancing documentation accuracy by 20%- One of my proudest achievements has been reducing operational discrepancies by 30% within our microfinance operations. This wasn’t just about numbers; it was about creating a smoother experience for our clients and ensuring they receive the best possible service. I also had the privilege of managing a portfolio of over 100 clients during my time as a Credit Analyst.
