As part of Customer Success Services (CSS) at Oracle, I specialize in guiding growth accounts to unlock the full potential of their cloud and software environment. Through personalized support, hands-on learning via Oracle University, and managed services, I ensure customers get the most out of their technology investments.Beyond Oracle, I wear another hat as the Chief Community Officer (CCO) of Local Mojo, a creative startup I’ve helped build from the ground up. Local Mojo is all about celebrating creative minds in music, digital arts, and journalism across the country. I oversee 10+ startup communities, driving best practices, fostering organization, and fueling creativity to help members craft thriving careers.Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors with my husky, hitting the gym, or checking out local bands.
