ABOUT MINA GHADIANLOO
My passion for user experience design stems from my academic background in information technology and management information systems, which equipped me with the technical and analytical skills to create engaging and user-centred designs. I hold a master\'s degree from Azad University, Science And Research Branch, and a bachelor\'s degree from the Azad University of Ghazvin, as well as two prestigious certifications: Certified User Experience Specialist (CUSX) and UX Google. Currently, I work as a UX designer at Flash Plus Group, where I apply the principles of user-centred design to find the best solutions for various problem statements. I conduct user research, design responsive user interfaces with Figma, wireframe and prototype with Figma, and run user testing. I also collaborate with stakeholders and developers in technical meetings and give feedback from other related teams. My designs have enhanced the user experience and increased customer satisfaction by nearly 65% and the user retention rate by 75% for the web and mobile applications I worked on. I aim to use my knowledge and expertise to create innovative and impactful designs that solve real-world problems and make a positive difference in people\'s lives.
