I’m a writer and editor with 10+ years of experience shaping audience-first storytelling at the intersection of financial markets, economics, and media. I specialize in translating complex insights into clear, compelling narratives that resonate across podcasts and digital platforms – driving sustained engagement and trust with global audiences. My work focuses on building and evolving editorial strategies that strengthen brand authority, expand reach, and adapt content for multi-format distribution. I’ve partnered closely with senior thought leaders, marketers, and creative producers to define editorial voice, govern content standards, and deliver high-impact messaging at scale.I care deeply about collaboration, and I bring rigor, judgment, and creativity to every stage of the content lifecycle – from concept to execution – while exploring how emerging tools, including GenAI, can enhance research storytelling and distribution.Fluent in English, French, and Russian; native Bulgarian; basic Japanese.

Experience

  1. Vice President Research

    Morgan Stanley

May 2014 — Present · New York, NY, US

I program and script several marquee podcasts, including the daily Thoughts on the Market (distributed publicly via Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other major platforms), as well as long-form special series on major investment themes such as Multipolar: The Rewiring of the Global Economy and The Longevity Lens. I also manage all aspects of the weekly CIO Brief (a curated, executive-level publication featuring Morgan Stanley Research’s key forecasts, high-conviction calls, and most impactful macro, thematic, and sector research) for the Global Director of Research. In this role, I am responsible for flagship research content, shaping narrative direction, tone, and consistency across high-frequency releases. I partner closely with senior analysts, strategists, and Research leadership to surface priority themes and translate complex analysis into clear, client-relevant narratives without sacrificing analytical rigor. I own editorial calendars, content governance, and style standards to ensure timely delivery and a unified institutional voice across platforms and contributors. I act as a connective culture carrier across Research, Firmwide Marketing, and other parts of the firm, aligning messaging and execution, and regularly serve as a trusted ghostwriter and editor for senior leaders on executive-facing research commentary and strategic communications.I currently head the Research Marketing AI Taskforce, leading the responsible adoption of GenAI and automation to improve productivity, consistency, and speed-to-client, and was recognized with the 2026 Research Collaboration Award for advancing cross-functional innovation.
