About Mina Aziziha

I am an experimental physicist and engineer with eight years of experience on various projects and instruments that involved nanocrystal synthesis, thin-film growth, bulk and surface characterization, optical, transport, electric, magnetic, thermal, and thermochemical measurement. Also, I am experienced in data collection, data mining, and data analysis to investigate materials\' physical and thermochemical properties, as well as design, automation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of experimental instruments. I am a passionate, independent, fast learner researcher who enjoys teamwork. I believe we are more productive by sharing knowledge and expertise. I completed my Master\'s and Ph.D. at WVU studying various oxide semiconductors and nanostructures\' physical properties under the supervision of Dr. Matthew Johnson. I joined Dr. Theodore Besmann\'s group at U of SC as a postdoc where I researched structural and thermal behavior and thermodynamic modeling of molten salts and the development of the MSTDB-TC database.
