About Min Kim

I was challenged to adapt to a new culture, new Country, and new environment at the age of fifteen for the benefit of obtaining a better Education. The process of being adapted to the new environment was not easy but with constant persistence and constant hard work I became capable of accepting my roots and objectively taking in other roots that are different. Over the years, the skill to be a good listener and a good communicator came along with the ability to adapt fast and not fear new changes. As an International Law School Student living in the U.S, I try to be culturally competent. Being able to understand both worlds, such uniqueness legs me up in obtaining multiple perspectives and allows me to comprehend a variety of people.

1. Enforcement Unit Paralegal

   Oct 2024 — Present · Indianapolis, IN, US

   Initiate, review, and monitor current child support cases for any appropriate enforcement actions if the participants don\'t comply with the court order. Utilize and maintain information in the statewide child support enforcement tracking system. Prepare for and attend court dockets when necessary and assist the Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys. Follow up on the cases after court sessions. Respond to phone calls and e-mails, promptly, from the Title IV-D Child Support participants and any out-of-state interstate case workers.
