ABOUT MIN LEE

With over a decade of progressive experience, I currently serve as a Senior Business Analyst for PG & E’s Corporate Affairs department, where I lead data-driven initiatives that support strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and community partnerships across PG & E’s service territory.In this role, I work closely with internal stakeholders to engage with local organizations such as farm bureaus and chambers of commerce, ensuring our strategies align with regional priorities and community needs. In addition, I\'ve created visual management tools that enhance clarity, alignment, and performance for the department’s senior leadership. Additionally, I’ve developed automation solutions to streamline manual and repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiencies for day-to-day tasks.Previously, I served as an Electric Contract Manager within PG & E’s Energy Policy and Procurement department, managing a portfolio of over 230 MW of renewable and non-renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) valued at more than $1.7 billion. As the team’s subject matter expert on Master Agreements (EEI, WSPP) and Resource Adequacy (RA) contracts, I led comprehensive reviews of new Agreements for the team and developed tools and documentation to support compliance, performance tracking, and internal guidance.I recently earned my MBA from California State University, Sacramento, building on my BA in Philosophy from UCLA. My academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to continuous learning, strategic thinking, and impactful collaboration.I bring a strong foundation in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, and cross-functional leadership, and I’m passionate about driving meaningful outcomes through insight, innovation, and integrity.
