   I am a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on managing the enterprise hiring process. These include positions of all job levels within Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Production, Sales, Events, Information Technology, Engineering, and Administrative. I manage a full-cycle recruiting process by partnering with the business to understand their hiring needs and expectations. From there, I go straight into recruiting active and passive candidates using innovative techniques and efficient closing strategies. I utilize a variety of recruiting platforms, identify candidates using boolean searches, and referrals and conduct targeted preliminary interviews to ensure I am considering candidates that are the best overall fit. My position also requires collaboration with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.). I consult with my hiring managers, negotiate pay, and assist with the onboarding process. I like to stay up to date with current recruiting trends and process improvements that will contribute to the long-range growth of the enterprise. I enjoy working in an innovative, fast-paced environment, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers across many different industries, and being a part of an incredible organization that truly values its associates as their greatest asset.
