Prior to joining La Senza, Werki was a Visual Merchandise Specialist at Victoria’s Secret, where she mapped for test groups and seasonal floorsets, to best place product, optimizing sales. She strategized to create various market tests at top tier stores, leading to positive sales results. Werki traveled on jet trips to concept and partner with the Victoria’s Secret design team merchandising for future seasons. Prior to her corporate transition, Werki was a field Visual and Sales manager at Henri Bendel. During her time in retail management, Werki created biweekly marketing strategies to maximize customer traffic and increase store revenue. She merchandised 2 original season presentations for Lbrands CEO, President and Creative director of Henri Bendel. She has a BS in Marketing and a BA in Strategic Communication. Werki continued her education, earning an MBA concentrating in Marketing.
